Badges

Convention badges must be prominently displayed at all times.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any of the function space, pre-function

space or hallways of the hotel.

Weapons Policy

All weapons and look-alike costume props must be peace-bonded for the

duration of the convention.

Photography

By attending GameCon Memphis, you understand that you may be

photographed, and grant GameCon Memphis the right to use any such

images for promotional purposes. GameCon Memphis agrees not to sell

any such photos to third parties.

General

GameCon Memphis reserves the right to confiscate the badge and expel

any member of the convention who is behaving in an offensive,

threatening, disruptive, or illegal manner. No refunds will be issued.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

GameCon Memphis is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
