Submit A Game

Thank you for choosing to run a game at GameCon Memphis 2010, as a way to say thank you we are offering discounted and free admission to our GMs. Run four or more hours of games and receive 1/3 off your admission. Run eight or more hours of games and receive 2/3 off your admission. Run twelve or more hours of games and receive free admission. Simply fill out this form for each game you want to run and you'll be credited towards your admission. Don't forget that you'll still need to register for the convention.

Game Information

Enter the name of your game session or the name of the boardgame for the title. Enter the game system you are using or N/A if there is no system used. (for example: Pathfinder, D&D 4E, etc.) Choose the type of game and provide a description for the game. Let us know what the minimum number of players for your game to run and what is the maximum number of players you can support. If the players need to bring anything for the game, we need to let them know, but if you are providing everything we can tell them that as well. Further if the game is silly, fun, or serious can be important for the players to know ahead of time. And finally, if you feel the material is not appropriate for certain age groups, let us know the age restrictions we should place on the game.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Schedule Information

How long will the game run? Each major session is four hours long. Most RPGs will take one session. You also need to select a scheduled time and at least one alternate time. We will try to accomidate your first choice, however, sometimes we must change the times of some games.
